1.) Please schedule or "self-book" your appointment online at any time. You may contact me during normal daytime hours (8 am to 8 pm) via text. My intention is to facilitate healing. Please do not ask for anything illegal, unethical or otherwise off the menu.
2.) Please provide me with honest information about who you are and what you are seeking. I need first & last name, phone number, type of session, for how long and when. E-mail is also helpful if you are seeking reminders or follow-up information.
3.) Please show up on time. If you are late, I cannot extend your session beyond your time. If you cannot make it, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. No shows are not acceptable and will be billed in full. I accept payment in person. However, clients who do not show up for a session or cancel at the last moment, will need to use the pre-payment option moving forward.
4.) Please be healthy, sober & hygienically savvy: for in-person sessions please be showered, teeth brushed, finger & toenails trim. You are welcome to use my shower. Please never arrive intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you suspect you may have Covid or the Flu, please do not come.
5.) Please pay online or have your honorarium counted and in plain view. My rates are set and due either online prior to your session or in person before we start. I love what I do. However, this does not diminish the fact that what I am offering is a professional service. Please do not try to barter or trade. I accept cash, credit cards, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Cash or Venmo. NO checks or money orders.
6.) Please be kind, courteous and respectful at all times; over the telephone, via email and in person. I offer a strictly professional, therapeutic service. Please do not attempt to solicit any illegal services. By booking a session with me you acknowledge that you have read and agree to follow my session etiquette. I reserve the right to end our session if you cross my boundaries. Fees will not be refunded.
